Just Cakes class series with Chef Blair and her staff of culinary experts at Ladycakes Bakery in Marblehead, MA (Ages 6-12) This hands-on cooking program will teach you how to make cakes like a professional. You will learn about batters, frosting, assembly, and, of course, decorating. Chef hats and aprons provided. To become a chef, you have to look like one!
Wednesdays beginning October 28th, 2009 (4 week sessions)

$120 per chef
ages 6-12
