Confectionary Camp at Resevoir High School

Back by popular demand! The focus of this camp is all things dessert including cake decorating! Explore cooking techniques used by professional chefs with Cannelloni Kids Cooking School! Work with special guests like Nikki McGowan, formerly of Iron Bridge Wine Co., and owner of Cannelloni Kids Cooking School, plus Rich Karoll, formerly of "Ace of Cakes!" You will learn the "tricks of the trade" as you practice proper kitchen safety, knife skills, sauces, pasta and pastry-making. Each week covers different menus; there are no prerequisites so take one or all sessions!
